INTRODUCTION
Over the past 2 decades and more, thousands of executives from different functions and levels have gained from from our hands-on Workshops. We are much beholden to the hundreds of our enterprises for patronising us- by sponsoring their executives to our workshops and thereby, sustaining our passion to contribute to their value addition.
Initially CRaVE started with the 2 thrust areas, Cost Reduction and Value Engineering. Soon, we were creating a process for acheiving organisational performance improvements. Other thrust areas, such as Time Management and Front-lineSupervision, were gainfully added on. With new workshops in the 1990's - such as GROW: Get Rid Of Waste and Towards World Class: Productivity, Quality & Cycle Time - we are currently 'craving' for holistic Operational Excellence !
To commemorate our Silver Jubilee Year, we are happy to float a five one-dayer series of our best workshops, which we reckon to be of the greatest value to our organizations for thriving in the 21st Century.
